We guarantee all of our items. The satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. Our aim is to create happy customers, every time.

Any product received that is deemed either damaged, defective, or does not match the item description may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of arrival.

Please read Our Policy listed below before making your purchase.

SHIPPING:

Buy with peace of mind; we use only insured, trackable shipping methods for all our products. We guarantee the arrival of your purchase. Tracking number(s) are available upon request.

Multiple items often arrive in separate shipments. Shipments typically dispatch out of our warehouse within 48 hours.

Customer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs. Any import duties and taxes are potential associated costs and are NOT included within an item price or shipping price from The Gentleman’s Flavor.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF POSSIBLE SHIPPING TIMES: Some items ship from USA, some ship from China (the shipping from location is indicated within each product listing). As a result, please allow up to 15-30 days for items to arrive. Though uncommon, some items may take longer than this due to circumstances beyond our control (weather/holidays, etc.).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Items that meet the criteria to be Eligible for Return can be returned within 30 calendar days of invoice date. If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your item, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Items purchased from The Gentleman’s Flavor are fully Eligible for Return and Refund/Exchange if:

  • The item is damaged or broken; item turned up damaged. Photos required, we may request for the item to be sent back to us.
  • The item is defective and does not work as it should; photos of defect (if applicable) may be required. We may request for the item to be sent back to us.
  • The item does not match the description; photos of item may be required. We may request for the item to be sent back to us
  • The item did not arrive.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It also must be in its original packaging.

Photos and additional information may be requested. This is to ensure your return is resolved in a timely fashion and correct reimbursement is issued.

Shipping costs for item(s) deemed Eligible for Return and Refund/Exchange will be provided by The Gentleman’s Flavor.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

After your return item photos have been received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the above criteria.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a reimbursement will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
